Orstrax Orderflow overview
How the Shopify app signs in, keeps order work, and talks to the storefront.

Orstrax Orderflow is a Shopify app for order work, owned and operated by Orstrax LLC. Merchants open it at orderflow.orstrax.io (orders.orstrax.io redirects there). The product hub at orstrax.io is the product directory, documentation, and changelog — not the app itself. Customer help lives at https://desk.orstrax.io/orderflow.
Signing in
The Shopify admin installs the app and grants API scopes. Staff members can also sign in with email when the store has invited them. Each session is scoped to one shop.
There is no public developer API for third-party apps at this time.
What Orderflow stores
Orderflow keeps a working copy of imported Shopify orders, statuses, notes, files, email templates, and lookup settings so the team can run a fulfillment workflow beyond Shopify’s paid/fulfilled flags.
Storefront
Customer lookup and proof review run on the merchant’s Shopify page. Customers do not need Shopify accounts.
